Our subscription model encompasses all exterior maintenance needs, from routine lawn care to minor repairs on brickwork and other exterior elements. Our goal is to ensure your property remains in excellent condition year-round.
Please Note: While our subscriptions cover a wide array of maintenance and minor repairs, major repairs will be quoted separately and require owner approval before commencement.
Kindly read through our many disclaimers that this service does not include full, comprehensive repairs unless otherwise quoted separately. We will be fully maintaining your property, and conducting small repairs that would value under $250, free of charge depending on your subscription tier, all year round!
